Veritas invites everyone to participate in the exclusive beta testing of Veritas Backup Exec 22.2, which will last from May 29 to June 19, 2023.
Attendees will be the first to get exclusive access to demos and the newest features of the updated product, and discuss best practices with experts. In addition, everyone will be able to provide feedback on the product for future improvements and will be rewarded for attending the conference.
By joining the program, you can test and use the following beta features:
• Backup Exec Accelerator v3, which allows you to significantly speed up Forever Incremental backups to disk storage on ReFS volumes: block cloning technology is used when backing up Hyper-V and VMware virtual machines to disk storage configured on ReFS volumes;
• Anomaly detection, which provides the ability to monitor backup job parameters for any changes in anomaly patterns that are subsequently reported to Backup Exec;
• access to the new cloud storage Scloud, which is currently supported by the Backup Exec Cloud Connector.
