HPE has announced the acquisition of Israeli startup Zerto, which specializes in developing solutions for cloud data management and protection.
The deal is worth $ 374 million. Upon completion of the deal, Zerto’s management team will join HPE GreenLake.
The Zerto platform focuses on disaster recovery and data protection in local, hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Management of work is carried out through a cloud.
There is support for vSphere, Hyper-V, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud.
